* This event will be held during Mount Abram's scheduled closing weekend. The mountain could be very busy so we will use a prearranged trail for uphill travel during 9-4pm operations. We will switch routes for grooming operations and all skiers must have headlamps and helmets for the night skiing portion.
* All skiers MUST abide by resort rules and maintain control and speed. If patrol has an issue with a skier they have the right to remove them from the event.
* The mountain has agreed to let us use the lodge through the night for bathrooms or warm ups but skiers should make sure not to leave a mess in the changing areas.
* Skiers are responsible for their own food, hydration and self care needs. It will be CRITICAL that all trash is removed and the place is left better than we found it. Volunteers will have their hands full so please don't burden them with picking up after racers. Friends are allowed at the event as support crew. We hope to arrange some food for skiers throughout the event but please plan this as a self supported or supported event.
